These are images of my 1990 adventure in East Africa that I have scanned from film negatives shot with an old Minolta Maxxum SLR, my first ever SLR camera. What a tedious process scanning is! Although the quality of these scanned images are not terrific, I hope it is sufficient in at least a small degree to portray the magnificence of the land and creatures of East Africa. I will add photos as time allows. Also, I will be returning to East Africa in October, 2009 to track Mountain Gorillas with my modern Canon dSLR!
