Here are some images of my photo adventures in New Zealand in 2005, a place I have always aspired to visit and finally actually did for kayaking on the Marlborough sound and Milford sound, for biking and heli-hiking on the South Island, for hiking on the Milford track and relaxing on the Coromandel. New Zealand's remoteness contributed to its appeal, making it seem more enigmatic from far away, not to mention the sheer beauty of its landscape. As for wild animals, well, there are not many, unless you count sheep as wild. All the New Zealand photos were taken with a little Sony P150 7.2 megapixel point and shoot digicam, not a digital SLR as in my other galleries
